The two assessment tools we use to assist you in your hiring process are cost efficient, timely and convenient. They have been proven beneficial in reducing turnover, hiring more productive employees and providing goals for defining superior performance.
The first tool is the SELECT Associate Screening System developed by Bigby, Havis & Associates, Inc. It is designed to measure important, work-related, personality characteristics in applicants for entry-level positions. The SELECT allows employers to quickly and easily screen for characteristics associated with productivity, cooperative work behaviors, integrity and service to others. There are several testing templates used with this screening system. The following are the most commonly used: customer service, personal services, production/distribution, administrative support and call center positions.
Our second tool in the employee selection process is the ASSESS Personality Survey. Also developed by Bigby, Havis & Associates, Inc., it is designed for professional and managerial applicants. This survey measures intellectual abilities and work-related personality characteristics. The ASSESS report evaluates test results to give the employer an integrated and comprehensive evaluation of the candidate in areas such as intellectual ability, thinking style, work approach, motivation and interpersonal style. Included in this report is a summary of potential strengths and weaknesses, interview suggestions for follow-up, management suggestions and template comparisons to an array of job-related activities.
