Executive Coaching

“One size does not fit all.”  Each coaching relationship is different and determined by both the individual and/or organization.  The approach we take is based on an empirically tested process where behavioral objectives guide the development of the executive:  (1) Incorporating competencies needed in development to ensure what executives need to know and how to develop them is integrated into leadership development and (2) measuring and evaluating executive development is integral to determining if the executive is moving at the right place and in the right direction.

It is imperative in personal development for executives to strive for balance in their lives.  This process begins with an evaluation and redirection of one’s life toward a new way of thinking and living.  It is a blueprint to assist in setting goals regarding the following:  physical, relational, career, spiritual and rest/free time.

“Who exactly, seeks out a coach?
Winners who want even more out of life.”  -Chicago Tribune
