There are two tools we use in the development of managers and executives.  They are created to assist companies identify job-related desirable and undesirable characteristics, as well as assist current employees in reaching their next level of performance.

The primary tool we use is the ASSESS Personality Survey for Development.  This survey provides reports for the participant in a constructive manner.  The content includes a comprehensive description of the individual’s thinking style, work approach, motivation and interpersonal style.

In addition to highlighting potential strengths and weaknesses and providing personalized developmental suggestions, ASSESS developmental reports and supporting materials provide a structured approach to formulating a personal developmental action plan.  This plan is complete with developmental resources, timetables and performance improvement dictators.  

 A secondary tool that has proven to be very beneficial is the ASSESS 360 and Focus 360.  This survey is a multi-rater instrument completed to further focus on a participant’s developmental needs.  This system collects feedback from a participant, his/her boss, peers, customers and anyone else who can provide insight into strengths and developmental needs for personal development.  The comprehensive report provides detailed suggestions for capitalizing on strengths and improving weaknesses including resources, references and on-the-job activities.
